DAILY ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City
Land in Ho Chi Minh City. Our driver meets you at the airport and transfers you to your hotel. Check in after 2:00pm, then enjoy free time at leisure.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City Tour and Cu Chi Tunnels
Breakfast at the hotel, then pick-up at 8:00am for a private city tour.
Visit Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace, built on the site of the former Norodom Palace and one of Ho Chi Minh City's most recognisable landmarks. Continue past French colonial landmarks including Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office.
From there, take a water bus along the Saigon River, passing Vinhomes Central Park, Landmark 81, the Bitexco Financial Tower, and the historic Majestic Hotel.
In the afternoon, head to the Cu Chi Tunnels (around 1.5 hours by private car). Learn how the underground tunnel network was built and used during wartime, including living quarters, kitchens, storage areas, and hidden trapdoors. Sample tea and cassava, a traditional wartime staple, with the option to try target shooting.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 3: Fly to Danang, Hoi An Ancient Town
Breakfast at the hotel, check out before 8:00am, then transfer to the airport for your flight to Danang. On arrival, transfer to your hotel.
In the late afternoon, visit Hoi An Ancient Town, home to well-preserved merchant houses dating back over 200 years. Stop at the Japanese Covered Bridge, built more than 400 years ago, and take an evening walk along the Hoai River as the old town lights up with colourful lanterns.
Overnight in Danang.

Day 4: Ba Na Hills Full Day
Pick-up at 7:30am and transfer to Ba Na Hills. Ride the cable car, which holds four world records, up to Suoi Mo station.
Walk the Golden Bridge, the 150-metre bridge held up by giant stone hands, then visit Le Jardin, the Debay Wine Cellar, and Linh Ung Pagoda, home to a 27-metre Buddha statue. Continue by cable car to the summit of Chua Mountain (1,487m), visiting Ba Chua Thuong Ngan Temple along the way for panoramic views over Danang city and bay.
Optional time at Fantasy Park for rides and attractions.
Overnight in Danang.

Day 5: Fly to Hanoi
Breakfast, check out, then transfer to the airport for your flight to Hanoi. On arrival, transfer to your hotel.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 6: Hanoi to Halong Bay Overnight Cruise
Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer by road to Halong Bay (around 165km east of Hanoi), a UNESCO World Heritage site known as "the dragon descending to the sea," with over 1,000 limestone islands and hidden grottoes.
Board your 2 day, 1 night cruise. Activities vary by cruise schedule and may include cave exploration, kayaking, a cooking class, night squid fishing, and a visit to a traditional fishing village. Vegetarian options are available on request.
Lunch, candlelit dinner, and overnight stay on board.

Day 7: Halong Bay to Hanoi, Train Street
Start the morning with an optional Tai Chi class on the sun deck, followed by a light breakfast on board.
Continue any remaining cruise activities before arriving back at Tuan Chau Marina around 11:00am. Transfer back to Hanoi, with a stop at Train Street for coffee (self-paid).
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 8: Hanoi Departure
Breakfast and check out. Free morning for shopping near your centrally located hotel, before your driver transfers you to Hanoi airport for your departure flight.
