Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Pick-up from airport, hotel check-in, evening welcome dinner, and introductory yoga session.
Day 2: Flight to Bhadrapur – Drive to Ilam
Fly to Bhadrapur and drive through scenic tea gardens to Ilam with sunset yoga.
Day 3: Drive to Taplejung – Trek to Mitlung
Begin the trek through terraced hills and forests to Mitlung.
Day 4: Mitlung to Chirwa
Trek along the Tamor River and settle into Chirwa village.
